Coached classes where fitness meets fun in every stride. Our coaches do not determine your speed, you do! Every class is designed so you can walk or jog. We have walking and jogging classes to elevate your cardio experience. Try out Walking on an Incline, Bootcamps, Couch to 5K Training, Cardio Kickboxing and Penalty Box Tread Class. We provide enough classes so you can try something different every day while still getting that treadmill time in!
No coach here but that won't slow you down! Practice what you have learned in class and have some time for you. Open Gym means you use the treadmill how you wish. We also have other fun challenges for you including tread workout cards, yoga cards, dumbbell workouts and even a skipping rope rep counter!
We all need a moment to slow things down and relax our bodies. In this class, we put on easy listening music and stretch on our mats. Stretching benefits our bodies in many ways including increased range of motion, increased muscle blood flow, reduces risk of injury, improves performance and stress relief.
